We have reserved a block of rooms for Saturday June 28th, 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oakdale, Minnesota. Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the event for any guest who would like an extended stay, subject to availability. If you prefer to call, please use the following number to reach the Director of Sales. 1-651-367-2170 Hotel check in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in could be possible if rooms are available. If rooms are unavailable before check-in, the hotel can arrange storage for baggage until room is available. Check-Out time is 11:00am. Booking Deadline: The cut-off date for reserving rooms is Thursday, May 29th, 2025. After this date it is at the hotels discretion whether to accept additional reservations.

Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

The wedding venue does not have any rules or restrictions on leaving vehicles overnight, however, we want to make sure our guests can have a good time and make it safely back to their hotel stay! A shuttle will be available to transport guests from the Hilton Garden Inn to Oak Glen Golf Course before the wedding ceremony and the wedding dance. There will also be a shuttle running throughout the evening to bring guests from the wedding venue back to the hotel! Shuttle Timeline: For Ceremony: Departs Hilton Garden Inn at 3:10pm Arrives at Oak Glen Golf Course and Event Center at 3:30pm For Reception: Departs Hilton Garden Inn at 6:45pm Arrives at Oak Glen Golf Course and Event Center at 7:05pm Evening Shuttle from Oak Glen Event Center to Hilton Garden Inn: -10:00pm -11:00pm -12:00am
