FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly recommend arriving between 4:00–4:15 PM so you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before we say “I do.” We can’t wait to see your smiling faces there!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st so we can finalize our plans and make sure everything is perfect for the big day! We’re so excited to celebrate together and can’t wait to hear from you.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. We’d love for you to dress up and celebrate with us! Most importantly, please wear something you feel beautiful and confident in. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, dinner will be served inside the barn, and we’ll head back outside for dancing. Since summer in the Pacific Northwest can surprise us, we recommend planning for a range of weather — think sunshine, a light breeze, or a cozy evening chill.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so grateful to be celebrating with our closest friends and family. Due to space and planning considerations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Please refer to your invite (and the RSVP section of the website) for the names included in your party. Thank you so much for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love and adore your little ones! Due to space and planning considerations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Please refer to your invite and the RSVP section of the website to see who is included in your party. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a special evening celebrating with us.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available on the property, just a short walk from the ceremony space. If needed, you’re welcome to pull right up to the front of the barn for an easy drop-off before parking. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the day!
