Noah and I’s story started way before we ever knew it would become this. We met in middle school when Noah was the new kid in seventh grade. I remember it so clearly, standing in the gym, seeing him off to the side by himself, and instantly knowing he was the new kid. I was too shy to go up to him myself, so I asked one of my friends to go find out his name. My friend came back and told me, “His name is Noah.” I spent the rest of that first day of school hoping he would be in one of my classes… but he wasn’t. Fast forward a few years later, and we finally had our first class together freshman year of high school. Looking back now, it’s easy to see how perfectly timed everything was. What started as a friendship slowly turned into something more, and by September of our sophomore year, we officially started dating. We grew up together, learning, changing, and walking through life side by side during some of the most important years of our lives. Noah has been my constant, my safe place, and my best friend through every season. Through it all, God’s timing has been steady and faithful, gently leading our story in ways we couldn’t see at the time but are so grateful for now. “He has made everything beautiful in its time.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11) In August of 2025, Noah asked me to spend forever with him on the beach in Kauai, the most beautiful, intentional, and perfect moment I could’ve imagined. Saying “yes” was the easiest decision I’ve ever made. From a middle school gym to forever. Getting engaged in Hawaii and now getting married in Hawaii, this has always felt like a story written just for us. We thank Jesus for the way He brought us together, carried us through every season, and continues to lead us forward. We are so excited to begin this next chapter and can’t wait to celebrate our love with all of the people who have been part of our journey.
