The big day is almost here, and we’re so excited to share this special moment with all of you! On May 17th, the buses will depart from Francesc Macià at 13:30h to take us to Can Ribas de Montbui, a one hour journey. Once we arrive, the ceremony will start at 15:00h, followed by the appetizer at 16:00h. Dinner will begin around 18:00h, and then we’ll enjoy dancing, drinks, and party until late. 🎉 There will be two return buses available at the end of the party. If anyone has trouble reaching the bus for the outward journey, they can contact my brother Gabriel at +34 688 89 89 37. We’re so excited to spend this beautiful day with all of you! 🥰 Cheers!! Brooklyn & Lluís

Getting to Barcelona The easiest way to arrive is by flying into Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). Once you land, here are the best ways to reach the city center: Aerobus: A shuttle bus service with multiple stops, including Plaça Espanya and Plaça Universitat, before arriving at Plaça Catalunya in the heart of Barcelona. Taxi:Taxis are readily available at the airport and cost approximately €25–€30 to reach most areas in the city. For those wishing to explore more of Spain, consider flying into Madrid and taking the AVE high-speed train to Barcelona. The train ride is comfortable and offers beautiful views of the Spanish countryside, taking about 2.5 to 3 hours. Additional Tips: Barcelona airport offers free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected as soon as you arrive. Currency exchange services are available at the airport, but please note that rates may be higher than elsewhere. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in beautiful Barcelona!
Travel Note
Hotels in Barcelona can sometimes be pricey, especially during peak seasons. We have not yet booked a hotel block at this time. For a more budget-friendly option with similar quality, consider staying in an Airbnb. The city offers a wide range of Airbnb listings, from charming apartments in Gràcia to modern flats in Eixample, providing great alternatives for travelers. Barcelona is a compact city, and public transportation, especially the metro, makes it easy to get around. Just remember to stay mindful of your belongings in crowded areas, as pickpocketing can be an issue.

Additional Tips: While we encourage everyone to do their research to find the most suitable place to stay, we recommend avoiding accommodations in the old city neighborhoods (such as the Gothic Quarter or El Raval). These areas are vibrant, full of history, and wonderful to visit during the day, but they can feel a bit less safe or sketchy at night. If you plan to stay in these areas, we recommend sticking to well-lit, busier streets and being mindful of your surroundings. Wherever you choose to stay, you're sure to enjoy the unique charm of Barcelona's neighborhoods! While my husband's family is staying in Sarrià, a quiet, residential area a bit further from the city center, here are some other areas and hotel options to consider for your stay:
