When should I book by?

Answer

You can secure your room booking as early as today! A $100 deposit is required, along with the optional cost of travel insurance. Please note that your stay must be fully booked and paid in full by November 21, 2025.

What’s the best way to book my trip?

To book your trip, please go to the travel page and follow the instructions provided. We’ve partnered with Destination Wedding, a travel agency helping us coordinate the resort and wedding details.

What if this is not in my budget?

Answer

The bride and groom completely understand that attending the wedding may not be within everyone’s budget, and they don’t want anyone to feel pressured. Your love and support mean so much to them, whether you can attend or not. They will be hosting a wedding or bridal shower in both New Hampshire and Utah, so there will be other opportunities to celebrate together!

Do I have to purchase travel insurance?

Answer

Travel insurance is optional, but the bride and groom highly recommend it. They will be purchasing it themselves, as it’s a great way to protect against unexpected changes or emergencies.

Do I need to worry about a gift?

Answer

Your presence at the wedding is the best gift you could give! The bride and groom are simply grateful to celebrate with you and do not expect anything beyond that.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding celebration calls for comfortable, stylish attire. We invite you to dress in a way that makes you feel confident and at ease while respecting the spirit of our special day. If you’re looking for suggestions feel free to look up dressy-casual.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Once we finalize our guest list, we'll send out meal selection options, allowing you to note any food allergies or special dietary requirements. We will accommodate to the best of our ability.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
