Where will the wedding be held?

Answer

The wedding will take place at A Secret Garden in Independence, Missouri. The address is 11014 E Winner Rd, Independence, MO 64052.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by October 1st at the latest so we can get an accurate number for our vendors.

Question

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding is set to take place in late November and knowing Missouri weather... who knows! Dress warm as the ceremony may occur outside (with the help of heaters) if temperatures are above 40 degrees. If not, the wedding will take place inside the reception hall.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. Please arrive no earlier than 5:30 pm when the doors are open to guests.

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage you to dress in your best (weather appropriate) attire. We ask that you kindly refrain from wearing blue and sage green as these are the colors of the wedding party. Bridesmaids will be wearing floor length dresses and groomsmen will be wearing suits for reference!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be child-free. Enjoy the night off!

Where should I sit?

Answer

During the ceremony the first row will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. At the reception, the rectangular tables will be for the wedding party, everywhere else will be open seating.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

This wedding will be a dry wedding.

When does the reception end?

Answer

We will be making our exit at 11 pm. Feel free to continue the party, just not at the venue!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

For the ceremony, we ask that you remain unplugged so you can be present with us and the photographer can capture their best work. Before and after the ceremony feel free to capture the night through your cameras and remember to share these images in our shared Google Drive!

Is there a gifts registry?

Answer

Your love, laughter, and presence on our big day is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to bless us with a gift, we are registered through amazon which is linked on this website.
