How far away is the ceremony space from the reception space?

Answer

They are right across the road! No need to move your car after the ceremony, just walk across the street from the Emporium to the Armory for the reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive early enough to find a parking spot and a seat at the Emporium before the ceremony begins.
