What started with me (Brooklyn) buying Jared and his dad a coffee, to initiate at least a conversation from him, turned into the best transaction I ever made! I seen Jared come in and out of red roaster (the local coffee shop we both went to) daily, if there wasn’t an exchange of at least a smile or a simple hello between the two of us on any given day, I felt like something was missing. It was then that I knew that I had to instigate something in some way, it was after I decided to buy those coffees that Jared finally asked me out on our first date and the rest was history! January 11th, 2018: he asked me out on our first date. January 15th, 2018: we went on our first date to Tapatios, best first date EVER! February 9th, 2018: he asked me to be his girl friend, well of course! September 2019: we bought a house and some land to start renovating our forever home together. Our girls are so excited to have more land to run and play together! December 5th, 2020: he finally tells me he loves me for the very first time and he asks me the greatest question of all: he asked me to spend forever with him!!! October 21st, 2021: I get to be walked down the aisle to my best friend so that we can finally become Mr. and Mrs. Kirby! We are so excited for our special day and that all of you get to be there to celebrate with us! See ya’ll in the mountains!
