We ask that you arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. This will give you time to grab a beverage and get seated.
We're so excited to celebrate our special day with our closest family & friends. Due to space constraints, we're keeping the guest list limited and are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones. We hope you understand and know that your presence means so much to us! If you feel there has been a mistake in your invite, please contact us directly.
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that only well-behaved children attend. We are keeping the atmosphere relaxed but respectful, so if you do bring your children, we ask that they remain supervised at all times. We also strongly encourage guests to take advantage of a child-free night. Please include in your RSVP if you intend to have your children attend.
If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the earliest convenience. This allows us to ensure the caterers are prepared.
Please RSVP by May 17, 2027. We understand that this is quite a bit in advance, but due to international planning, we require some time to make adjustments. If you do not RSVP, then please BYOS (Bring your own sandwich LOL)
Dressy, but comfortable! We'd love for you to look your best, but more than anything, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the day with us.
No, our reception will be located at Vedan Ranch, in Big Creek BC. We will have signage pointing our guests in the right direction from Highway 20. Our reception will be held at the Big Creek Hall.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! For those who wish to bless us with a gift, we're gratefully accepting contributions to a wishing well fund to help us build our future- whether that's making our first house a home or planning our honeymoon adventure. Traditional gifts are also very welcome if that's your preference - we're just so thankful for your love and support. We will be working on a registry within the next few months, so please check back in on this webpage for updates.
Please note that it is a 2 hour drive from Williams Lake. Accommodation is limited so we STRONGLY encourage guests to either rent a motorhome or bring they're own camping supplies. We will have a camping area designated for guests. Also please note the distance from town and come prepared with food/beer if your planning to stay for a while.
