We're getting married!

Dylan and I became friends in April of 2022. At the time, we had no idea then that we were each other's forever! We became friends when our two separate friend groups bonded over playing sand volleyball together. A year (and lots of memories made) later in April of 2023... we realized there was no other way we wanted to spend our lives than to spend it with our best friend, each other! We went on our first date to lunch and the animal shelter and we were pretty much inseparable after that. We knew that because of our special friendship, that when we started dating it had to be for the long-haul... but we were both all in from the very start. I (Brooklyn) moved to Florida for the Disney College Program and Dylan came to visit me every chance he got. Our mutual love for Disney grew because of the memories we created there together (so of course that is where we took our engagement photos). I moved home and we supported each other through a really tough period of life all the way through the loss of someone so special to us. After enduring so many hardships, faithfully by each others sides, always standing hang in hand, and realizing our relationship is stronger with God in the center of it, we knew that without a doubt we were ready to start our lives together. On November 17th, 2024... Dylan got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! Of course I said YES!!! Dylan planned the most special proposal and it is a day we will always remember. We can't wait to be husband and wife and to see all that the Lord has in store for our lives!
