To help us with our planning, please RVSP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 1, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us, and you will be able to see those pictures, too. Other than the ceremony, yes, you can take photos.
Yes! There will be a variety of drinks including beer, wine, and mixed drinks. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
Yes, the ceremony will be outside if the weather permits, and the reception will be indoors. The ceremony will be moved indoors if the weather is bad or unpredictable, so please dress accordingly.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us, so the dress code is semi-formal. We ask that you kindly refrain from wearing sage green and white/cream, as these are the colors reserved for the bridal party.
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to “The [Your Last Name] Family” if your children have been invited. We ask that you stay in charge of your child(ren)- this will be a child-friendly wedding, not a child-run wedding.
The ceremony starts at 4 pm, so please arrive by 3:45 pm at the latest. We recommend arriving around 3:30 pm to find your seats and mingle with people!
If you have a food allergy, please fill that out on the RSVP. If you feel as if you need reassurance, don't hesitate to text us your food allergy so we can be sure to accommodate your needs!
