The ceremony will start at approximately 5:30, we recommend getting to the venue 30 minutes prior to start time. We would greatly appreciate you to be early, but we understand things happen. If you happen to get stuck in traffic please do not interrupt the ceremony, you can watch from the club house as it is very close to the location of the ceremony.

We love all the little ones, but we request you leave the kiddos at home. This will be an 18 and older ceremony and reception.
The venue offers plenty of parking space.
We would be thrilled to see everyone dressed to impress on our special day! Black tie optional is the dress code. Ladies, a floor-length dress would be stunning, and gentlemen, a suit would be ideal. Please steer clear of denim and come dressed in your best.
We’ll miss you dearly, but if you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible via the RSVP section of our website. If you’re not bringing a guest, kindly inform the bride or groom and also note it on the RSVP form.
We ask to keep your phones put away during the ceremony. Photographers and videographers will document the special moments. Once the ceremony concludes and you’re at the cocktail hour, feel free to take pictures!
Of course! Drinks are on us tonight, we want you all to enjoy yourselves as we are so thankful you are celebrating with us!
The ceremony will be held outdoors under the shade of two large oak trees. The cocktail hour will offer both indoor and outdoor spaces, and the reception will be inside.
Please RSVP no later than July 6th, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
