Please place reservations before the lodging release date of May 13, 2026. Any remaining unreserved lodging from your Group Lodging Block will be release May 13, 2026, back into our general availability and available to the public to reserve. Guests may still place reservations after the release date as long as we have the lodging availability. Any guests that are wanting to extend their stay outside of the lodging blocks dates may do so as long as we have the availability, and we would encourage any guests wanting to extend their stay to get their reservations as soon as possible.

TO RESERVE BY PHONE: LODGING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Call our main line at 719-395-2447 and remain on the line to reach our Front Desk Team (DO NOT PRESS ANY OPTIONS). 2. Provide the Event Name (COLEMAN-KVALE WEDDING), the event dates (AUGUST 12-14, 2026), and the Group Code (COLKVA) to the reservationist to ensure availability and receive the discounted group rate. 3. The reservationist will explain the lodging availability and assist each guest with completing their reservation. 4. A confirmation email will be sent from our reservation system to the email provided. Please review and confirm all details are correct for your stay. 5. Please be sure all reservations are placed as soon as possible, but no later than the Group Lodging Block Release Date (MAY 13, 2026) to ensure discounted group rates and availability. Any reservations not guaranteed with a card will be released on this date.

Enter the Group Code (COLKVA) in the Special Packages and Additional Offers field. c. Click the “Refine Search” button. 2. Available lodging types will be displayed, as well as the corresponding discounted group rates. Please click “Book” by the lodging type of your choice. a. Tip: If lodging is showing up as unavailable or sold out, consider changing the preferred arrival and departure dates, as the dates outside of the Lodging Block may not be available. If lodging still shows as unavailable, please call the Front Desk at our main line 719- 3. Totals will appear on the “Booking Summary”. Scroll down and select “Proceed To Book” once all details are confirmed. 4. Complete the guest information section and click “Next”. 5. Check the box to accept terms and conditions and click “Proceed to Payment” to enter in your credit card details. 6. Click the box “I’m not a robot” and click “FINISH BOOKING” 7. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: LODGING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Each guest will be asked to provide a card to hold the lodging reservation. This card will be used only to guarantee lodging accommodation. Payment method can be changed upon check-in. 2. Mt. Princeton Hot Springs accepts the following forms of payment: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), debit card, cash, or check. Please note that a 3.99% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee does not apply to debit cards, cash, or checks. 3. No guest can hold multiple lodging accommodations under their name or credit card. All lodging must be reserved by the guest staying in that lodging accommodation. 4. Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort has a 48-hour Cancellation Policy, reservations must be cancelled 48-hours prior to arrival. Any reservations cancelled within the 48-hour period prior to the check-in date will incur a one night’s stay on the individual’s credit card. 5. Check-in is at 4:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. Guests are welcome to arrive early on the day of check-in and take advantage of the pool passes that are included in the lodging rate. 6. For guests wanting to stay additional nights outside of the lodging block dates, then we encourage them to place their reservation as soon as possible because our availability tends to book up fast. 7. Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort does not guarantee specific lodging accommodation numbers or location on the resort. Requests will be taken for special consideration. Lodging accommodation numbers and/or location are subject to change at the resort’s discretion. 8. Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort has pet friendly accommodations in specific lodging types for an additional $60.00 fee per stay. Pets are not allowed in our Lodge Rooms or Creekside Suites.

Lodging Rates are subject to the following: a. Rates include access to the Hot Springs! Rooms or Suites include up to (4) adult pool passes and Cabins include up to (6) adult pool passes. Additional passes are discounted at $15.00 per adult. b. Rates are quoted exclusive of our current 7.55% Lodging Tax, which is subject to change. c. Weekday Rates are applicable Sunday – Thursday nights. Weekend Rates are applicable Friday – Saturday nights. d. Lodging rates are quoted at single and double occupancy for rooms and suites. Cabin rates are quoted at quad occupancy. A charge of $10.00 per adult and $5.00 per child will be assessed per night for additional occupancy.
