If you choose to drive yourself, we recommend you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone seated for the start of the 5:30pm ceremony.
Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! For women, this could be semi-formal dresses or dressy jumpsuits, and for men, suits or jackets and slacks.
To give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, no children are invited to the ceremony or reception. We appreciate your understanding.
Yes, shuttles will be provided to and from the Courtyard by Marriot to the ceremony. Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to leverage the shuttle service. If you change your mind after submitting your RSVP, please reach out directly to Will & Brooke!
If you choose not to use the shuttle service, there is plenty of parking at the ceremony location. Ubers will be difficult to find in Manquin, VA so if you choose not to use the shuttle, please plan to drive back to Richmond.
If weather permits, the ceremony will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony and request cell phones and cameras are turned off and remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion. We will happily share the photos that are captured by our professional photographer that day!
