Tyler and Brooke met in Springfield, Missouri, while attending college, where they both worked in the Fitness Department at the Foster Recreation Center. What started as a friendship quickly became something more, and after two years, they made it official. The rest, as they say, is history!

Tyler and Brooke share a deep love for the movies and spend much of their time together at the theater. So it was only fitting that Tyler chose the Alamo Drafthouse in Springfield for one of the most important moments of their lives. On Halloween, he secretly rented out the theater and surprised Brooke with a video he created, featuring messages from her closest family and friends, all sharing their excitement for their future together. When the video ended, Tyler got down on one knee and asked Brooke to spend the rest of her life with him. Brooke says she “blacked out” from happiness and barely remembers the moment—but now she gets to relive it anytime by asking Tyler to recount exactly what he said. After she said yes, the theater played Brooke’s favorite movie, A Few Good Men, as they soaked in the joy of their new chapter together.
