The ceremony will take place outside on the mountain. Cocktail hour & the reception will take place in the lodge, but guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds & lodge porch.

There will only be 1 venue--R-Ranch in the Mountains. The ceremony & reception will take place at the lodge & on the mountain.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 45 minutes in advance to get through the grounds to the lodge (you can drive to the lodge) & to allow time for the short walk to the ceremony site.

We love your kiddos—but this time, it's grown-ups only (unless your little ones are specifically invited). We hope you enjoy a fun night out!

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping things cozy and can only accommodate those listed on the invite. Thanks for understanding

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is semi-formal. We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. It will be chilly & there will be walking on grass, so please plan accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We do! We have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Express downtown. Mention the Jimenez & Rogers wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate. Be sure to book by 5PM on 1/8/26 to ensure a discounted rate. You can also review the Travel page for other hotel options.
