What should I wear?

Please come in black dress formal. We please ask that you stick to our theme by wearing a formal black dress or suit.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by June 21st, so we can have an accurate headcount :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we are not able to have guests to bring a guest of their own - please check your RSVP for the number of people accounted for in your party.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In August, Newtown Square, PA, typically experiences warm, humid weather with average high temperatures in the mid-80s°F and lows in the mid-to-upper 60s°F. The ceremony will be outdoors but brief, with the remainder of the evening being indoors!

Where should I park?

Answer

We ask that you do NOT park in the front of the venue as the ceremony will take place in the front of the building. There will be free parking all around the Ellis Preserve campus. If you are planning to drive, you are free to use any of the open parking spots provided.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, there are wheel chair accessible entrances at several spots around the venue for your convenience!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our cocktail hour, reception, and after party will be inside :)

Are we able to have our phones and take pictures during the duration of the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on our QR code placed around the venue. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony - we will be happy to share all of our professional photos with you all!
