Is the ceremony and reception at different locations?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony will be held at the Pro Cathedral of St. Peter at 2pm in the city of Richmond. We will then give guests ample time to travel to the reception location, The Mill at Fine Creek, in Powhatan. The activities will resume at 4:15pm at the Mill at Fine Creek, so guests have about an hour and 15 minutes allotted for travel time.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal attire, with guests encouraged to wear dark, neutral colors. To avoid any potential confusion, please refrain from wearing scarlet red or beige, as these are the colors of our wedding party. We recommend elegant dresses for women and suits for men—ties are optional.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, only those included on your invitation are included. If you have a question about your invitation, please contact the bride. Thank you for understanding.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that our guests be fully present during the ceremony and refrain from taking photographs. Our professional photographers will beautifully capture every special moment. During the cocktail hour and indoor reception, feel free to snap photos and share your joy—we'll even provide a QR code at the venue for easy photo sharing in our wedding album.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, parking is available at both locations. There is a parking lot situated right next to the Pro Cathedral of St. Peter and lots of parking spaces at The Mill at Fine Creek. Staff at the Mill will assist guests with parking at the location.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, we'll have choices of beverages available for guests to enjoy throughout the celebration. To manage costs, there will be a limit on the number of complimentary drinks after a certain quota.

Yes! Please see the lodging page on our website for recommendations. The venue has cute on-site cottages for guests to rent, as well!
