Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 7:00 PM CST, please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early in order to get settled in your seat. The venue opens at 6:30pm.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We kindly request all guests to wear formal, cocktail attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Vintage Villas will not admit guests wearing jeans.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We love your kids! But we want our wedding to be your night off, so we will be having an adults-only (21 and up) ceremony and reception. Enjoy your date night!

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A DATE?

Answer

Our RSVPs indicate how many seats are reserved in your honor. Please understand that restrictions for number of guests are in place due to the capacity of the venue in the event we have to move the ceremony indoors due to weather. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and cameras be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We've hired a professional photographer to capture these important moments and we would hate to have phones and cameras blocking them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want. We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them!

WILL THERE BE A RECEPTION AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes! We would love to have you join us for dinner, drinks and dancing following the ceremony. After the ceremony concludes, we ask that you make your way to the Event Center and enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres as we finish up taking pictures. We will join you as soon as we can to celebrate the marriage!

IS THERE PARKING AT VINTAGE VILLAS?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking onsite.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

We are not providing any formal transportation for the wedding, but our ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber/Lyft is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE THAT WITH YOU?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please reach out to Brooke or Price about your dietary needs.
