When should I RSVP by?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the Hyatt Newark and SpringHill Suites to the Deerfield. Pickup times will be shared here as we get closer to the wedding day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you choose to drive yourself rather than taking the provided transportation there is plenty of parking at Deerfield Golf Club where both the ceremony and reception will be held.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Welcome Drinks - For those in town Thursday night please join us on the second floor of Klondike Kate's from 8-10pm. (Cash Bar) After Party - After the wedding reception ends please join us at the Green Mansion in the Hyatt Newark lobby to keep the party going! We will have a room reserved there but feel free to continue spill out to the patio or inside bar as well. (Cash bar)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Bright colors and fun patterns are encouraged! Most importantly, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate. Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and an indoor reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Invitations are addressed to the specific guests invited, and you’ll see your name (and anyone included in your party) when you go to RSVP. If your invitation includes a guest, it will be listed there!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us!

Please list any and all food allergies or dietary restrictions when filling out your RSVP information.
