This hotel is located closer to local shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the area, making it a great option if you’d like to explore during your stay. It is approximately a 25-minute drive from our venue, with check-in beginning at 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive on the day of the wedding, we recommend calling the hotel that morning to request early check-in.

This hotel is the closest option to our venue, located approximately a 15-minute drive away. While it is a bit further from many of the area’s main attractions, there are several restaurants nearby for your convenience. Please note that there is no group rate or discounted room block available at this hotel.
Travel Note
While rideshare services like Uber are available, they can be limited in this area. If you plan to use this option, we recommend scheduling your ride in advance to ensure timely transportation to the venue.
Shuttle
January 9, 2027 3:15 pm - 10:00 pm
For guests staying in our hotel block at the World Golf Village Renaissance, a shuttle will be available for those without alternate transportation. The shuttle will depart from the hotel to The Clay Theatre and return guests to the hotel by 10:00 PM. We will reach out separately to those in our hotel block to confirm who plans to use this service. If you intend to take the shuttle, please be ready for departure by 3:15 PM on the day of the wedding.
