Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation when your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For our special day, we have decided to keep our wedding adults-only (21+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special getaway!

Where will the celebrations take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held at the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel in Bella Vista, AR. The reception will follow at [INSERT PLACE HERE] in Bentonville, AR. Please note that there is a 3-5 minute paved walk from the parking lot to the chapel - bring comfy shoes!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best cocktail attire. Bonus points for fun colors, textures & panache!

What is the weather like?

Answer

Expect warm, comfortable days and cooler, pleasant evenings. Average highs around 85°F and lows near 62°F.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors in the climate controlled chapel. Please keep in mind there is a 3-5 minute paved walk from the parking lot to the chapel's doors. While it is generally dry during the month of September in Bentonville, please prepare a plan b just in case there are showers.

What time should I arrive to the chapel?

Answer

The Chapel keeps a tight schedule! The Chapel's team will allow guests to start walking up to the venue at 5PM - please keep this in mind while planning your day. We ask that all guests be seated by 5:15PM. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Dinner is set for 7:30PM - please take any time in between the ceremony and dinner to pop into the neighboring small business in Bentonville for a celebration drink or snack! Please see the "Things To Do" tab for some recs!

How long does it take to get from the ceremony to dinner?

Answer

It will take about 20 minutes to get from the ceremony to the dinner location. There will be street parking available at the dinner location, please keep this mind when accounting for travel time.

Am I invited to the rehearsal events?

Answer

To keep within our small rehearsal timeline with the venue, we ask that only those who are playing a role in the ceremony attend the rehearsal events. Your invite will be noted in RSVP response. For all others, please take this time to explore the Bentonville area. Head to the "Things To Do" tab to plan your evening!

Your love, well-wishes, and willingness to travel are the most important gifts of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us as we plan for our future together.

We recommend the following to best make sure you are here for the events that matter most! While these are recommendations, please feel free to arrive into town on whatever date fits your needs best. FAMILY | Thursday, 09/17 To welcome in the immediate family in, there will be a dinner hosted at Bella's Table. WEDDING PARTY | Thursday, 09/17 We can't wait to welcome you! For those of you in the Wedding Party and staying at the Blue Jungalow, we will have already checked in so come on over anytime! The bride and groom will be attending a family dinner in the evening, so feel free to make plans amongst yourselves and enjoy. NON-FAMILY/WEDDING PARTY ATTENDEES | Friday, 09/18 Feel free to come sooner to enjoy all that Bentonville and the greater Northwest Arkansas area has to offer!
