Shuttle Transportation For your convenience, a shuttle will pick up guests out front of the hotel and transport them to the venue. We recommend arriving at the pickup location by 2:50 PM, as the shuttle will depart promptly at 3:00 PM. Following the sendoff, the charter bus will depart the venue at 10:00 PM to return guests to the hotel.
