What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 13th, 2025. We have a tight timeline with our vendors and need to provide them with a final headcount by that date. Unfortunately, if we receive your RSVP after December 13th, we will not be able to accommodate you. You will receive your official invite in the next few months and that will have instructions on how to officially RSVP to us!

Is there a dress code?!

Answer

Men - Formal Attire: A suit or tuxedo is perfectly acceptable. While black suits are always a classic choice, we also encourage lighter spring colors such as tans, blues, and earthy tones. Women - Formal Attire: We recommend long, flowing, colorful spring dresses that complement the spring season. Please avoid white, black, or dark hues. Soft pastels, floral patterns, and garden-style dresses will blend beautifully with the venue and make for stunning photos. As the weather can be unpredictable during this time of year, we suggest bringing a shawl or light wrap to keep warm once the sun goes down. Can I bring a date or plus one?

Kindly note that our guest list is limited, and we can only accommodate those who have been individually invited on your invitation. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 15-20 minutes before the ceremony to ensure you have time to find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:40 PM. If you anticipate being late, we request that you wait until after 4:45 PM to enter, as we want to avoid disrupting the ceremony.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We're thrilled to celebrate with you in beautiful Florida! Since our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, we recommend dressing comfortably to enjoy the sunny day. While daytime temperatures typically hover in the high 70s, evenings can get a bit cooler, dipping into the high 50s to low 60s. To stay cozy once the sun sets, we suggest bringing a shawl or light jacket.

Please note that parking at the venue is limited, so we highly recommend using Uber or Lyft to make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible. Plus, with an open bar available, it's a great option for everyone to fully enjoy the celebration!
