When should I arrive/leave?

We are kicking off wedding events with a Welcome Dinner August 27th, we encourage you to join, Wedding day is August 28th, with an optional Saturday hangout on August 29th. Please plan your travel around these dates.

Where are events happening?

All wedding events are on-site at the Sky Valley Chateau, including the welcome dinner, ceremony, and reception. We will have some recommendations for your day Saturday, feel free to use it as your own day and relax. Further information to come for where to catch the bride and groom

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Hayden Airport, about 40 minutes from out venue, 30 from downtown Steamboat Springs.

Parking is limited on-site, will have shuttle to and from hotel only.

Do I need to attend the welcome dinner?

Totally optional, but we’d love to see you if you can make it!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We love all your friends and loved ones, but to keep our wedding cozy, extra guests can't be accommodated. If you were given a plus-one, you'll see the option on your RSVP. Thanks for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

Garden party / formalish. We love colors, patterns, florals, or anything fun. Feel free to wear cocktail or maxi style dresses. Men can go linen-style for comfort since it's outdoors; jackets aren't required, but feel free to make it playful!
