When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once invitations are sent out, please RSVP as soon as possible! The invitation will specify the last date to RSVP via the Zola website. Please know that no responses will be taken as a decline.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered both through Zola and Amazon. You can find both registries on the ‘registry’ tab at the top of this page.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00 PM, so best you arrive at 2:45 PM!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you only include those that are addressed on your invitation. If you have a plus one we will make sure to specify! If you are not sure, when you RSVP on the Zola website, you will see your party and who is included.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will have ample parking. When you arrive at Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, you will be able to valet for $5 or park yourself in the parking garage or wherever you can find a space.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, we ask that you find a way to both the church and reception. Parking is available at Ponte Vedra.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you silence your cell phone and keep it out of sight. We have a wonderful photographer who will get great photos! Using your cell phone during the ceremony can actually block the photographer’s view.

Can we join in on group photos?

Answer

For time constraints, we ask that after the ceremony, we minimize photos. Brooke and Matt will attend their cocktail hour so they can say hello! This is a great time to get a picture with them.

How will cocktail hour work?

Answer

Matt and Brooke will be attending cocktail hour! Guests will meet in history hall located in the entrance of the resort.
