Brooke and Marcus met in the Spring of 2015 in none other than Las Vegas. Brooke had just start a new job at Light Nightclub in Mandalay Bay where she was working as a VIP Bottle service waitress when she first met Marcus, who was working in enterprise technology in Minneapolis at the time. On this particular busy weekend when Brooke was still training, Marcus ended up being in Brooke's section. She was his and his friends waitress who were in town on a fun weekend getaway from Minneapolis. Between pouring the drinks, and running around, Marcus found time to lay his charm on Brooke and the two instantly felt connected. They bonded over a shared love of house music, fun adventures, and living life to the fullest. This free spirit mentality is what led to a year long-long distance relationship where the two would go back and forth each month to visit each other. Their visits included fun concerts, wine tastings, and boat trips during the summer. Two independent spirits, they realized with each trip they knew more and more they were meant to be together. This period of time spent at long distance was difficult, but it only made them stronger, and know for sure they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. In the summer of 2016, Marcus made the move to be with Brooke in Las Vegas, and shortly thereafter they made the joint journey to the Pacific Northwest to invest in their respective career dreams and build a life together. Currently, the happy couple is living in Seattle, WA along with their super cute Pomeranian Koda. and looking forward to what forever has in store for them.
