Question
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place on the terrace outside; however, the reception will be indoors! The terrace will have heaters and be available if guests want to be outside to hangout and/or drink during the reception.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal attire please - we ask guests to be in black-tie or formal attire. We suggest men wear a tuxedo or a suit in any color and women wear an evening gown or a midi/knee length cocktail dress.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Answer
We invite you to RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" tab on this site or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

We urge you to RSVP as soon as possible; however, please ensure to RSVP by September 13, 2025.

Is there parking available at or near the venue?
Answer
Hotel guests can take advantage of secured indoor and outdoor parking. The valet staff will park your vehicle during your stay. Parking is $34.00 per night. There is also a free parking garage at the gondola garage [433 Mountain Village Blvd. Trail] and is approximately a 23 minutes walk to the venue.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Yes, we just ask your plus one is notated on your RSVP card.

Are children allowed at the ceremony and/or reception?
Answer
Yes & Yes! We encourage sitters to be arranged for children; however, if unable to find one, we don't want that to prohibit you from coming to our wedding or reception.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We want guests to drink freely; however, still responsibly.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Gifts are certainly not required, just appreciated! You can find our wedding registry by clicking the "registry" tab on this site.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm and the reception will end at 11:00pm.

Doors will open for guest beginning at 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so please arrive at 4:00pm.

Answer
You are more than welcome to get a room at the venue; however, we do recommend booking rooms in advance as this will book up quickly. Under the "travel" tab, we have list of lodging suggestions.
