Valet will be offered at the front of the Sinclair Hotel, please tell them you are with the Dutcher reception. There are also several parking lots, as well as on street parking nearby.

How do I get up to the roof?

There will be an attendant by the elevators in the lobby of the Sinclair that will key you up. If you arrive after 7:00, the hostess at Wicked Butcher can assist you.
