Take note that there is time after the ceremony to walk the grounds of the historic Citadel Military College or the I'on neighborhood before the Cocktail Hour begins at 5:00. I'on is a picturesque neighborhood designed to mirror downtown Charleston with its pastel colored homes, gas lanterns & pretty canal waterways.
