Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids allowed/invited?

The more the merrier! There will be plenty of land and activities for kids to run around and play!

Beer and wine will be provided.

What is the dress code?

Garden casual: it is going to be August in Oklahoma...aka extremely hot. Please be dressed appropriately but also feel free to dress yourself for optimum coolness.

Since its an indoor/outdoor venue, are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, Timber Oaks Event Venue does not allow any pets on the venue grounds.

Venue policies or procedures that may affect you!

Answer

- All flames must be completely extinguished. (IE, cigarette/cigar butts, sparklers.) - No rice throwing, glitter or silly string allowed at venue. -If it is muddy attendees must stay on concrete pathways otherwise there’s a power washing fee assessed to the bride and groom renting the venue.
