When should I RSVP by?

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There are two ways to RSVP: 1. Scan the QR Code within the RSVP card. That will take you to the website, where you can RSVP for you or your whole party if applicable. 2. Go to the RSVP tab on our website and search your name. From there you can RSVP for your or your whole party if applicable.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP "will not attend" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 1430 and no later than 1455. This will allow us to start the festivities on time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a midi or long dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. Please be aware that the wedding party will wear variations of rustic colors, and we would like to honor them by having them stand out in these colors.

Can I bring a date?

Your RSVP will have the designated number of people on it. Please check that to see what your count is.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We want parents to be able to enjoy their night. Therefore we ask that accommodations are made for children. The only children in attendance will be those who are in the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are located at the same place, so no worries there. The Woodland has available parking at the venue site, free street parking, and a free parking garage right across the street.

Will guests need to travel from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

No! The whole day will be celebrated at one location.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing transportation to and from the events, but the ceremony and reception are in the same location and there is plenty of parking available. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We want our guests to have a stress-free experience instead of worrying about whether or not they captured the moment. For that reason we ask that you stow your phones for the ceremony and rely on our wonderful professional photographers to take the magical pictures. Please feel free to take as many photos as possible during our reception, including the use of the app POV to share those photos with us for the morning after!
