Answer

You can RSVP as soon as the "RSVP" tab becomes available on this very website! The RSVP will ask you about number of guests, dietary restrictions and meal preferences. Invitations will provide more information!

Answer

We have tried our best to provide our guests to have a "Plus One" if needed. Your total guest count is provided on your invitation as well as your RSVP profile. If you have been allocated a guest, please RSVP on their behalf and provide us with meal preferences and any dietary restrictions.

While we adore your littles, we have limited our invites of kiddos. Invitations will be specific with children invited. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! We also understand that childcare is not easy. Please reach out if you're in need of babysitting help!

We have reserved hotel blocks in downtown Tulsa that will be available to book (The Mayo Hotel & Fairfield Inn & Suites) as well as discounted hotels (Hotel Indigo). Check out the "Travel" tab on this website for blocks, recommendations and suggestions!

Answer

In true Oklahoma fashion, we can never predict the weather! We're likely to see a moderately warm month (60s-70s). The ceremony is planned outdoors, but we'll be flexible if we see some rain.

We recommend cocktail attire, as listed on our "Events" page. As always, please avoid any white :) There will be plenty of opportunity to walk around the gardens - as such we highly encourage you to wear comfortable shoes you feel good walking in/near grass on :) Feel free to pack an extra pair of flats to take with you!

Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM. We encourage you to get to the Tulsa Botanic Garden 15-30 minutes beforehand to take in the gardens ahead of time!

How do I get there?How do I get there?

Answer

The Tulsa Botanic Garden is searchable in Apple & Google Maps. Once you arrive, you will drive to the Visitor Center to enter the gardens. Shuttles / transportation will be available from the main hotels we have blocked. We encourage you to carpool or Rideshare as alcohol will be served! The Garden provides complimentary valet, or you may self-park in the lot provided. The ceremony site will be on the large peninsula in the center of the garden. We will have plenty of staff to guide you to where you need to be!

Answer

Yes - the Garden provides complimentary valet, or you can self-park in one of their available lots and walk. We recommend valet unless you like a healthy walk! Transportation will be available for guests at our major hotels. Please consider carpooling or Rideshare if you're drinking!

Where is the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception?Where is the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception?

Answer

The ceremony (weather permitting) will be at the Stanford Family Liberty Gardens - the peninsula at the center of the Garden. Guests are encouraged (weather permitting) to check out the Garden while making their way to the reception during cocktail hour following the ceremony. There may even be a secret bar for you to find :) Arrive at the reception space in the Grange at 6:45. Reception begins at 7:00!

We will have plenty of people and signage posted around the Garden to help you get around. We encourage you to explore before heading to the Grange for dinner!

Dinner at the reception begins promptly in the Grange at 7:15 PM.

Answer

Yes! We are happy to provide libations for our special day. If you're so inclined, please bring cash to help show appreciation to the great serving staff from our caterer, Justin Thompson Catering.

You are more than welcome to capture your own moments on this special day! We will have a professional photographer taking plenty of photos. Please take as many photos as you like, as long as it is not disruptive during the ceremony. We will also have a photo booth available during the reception. Feel free to use our hashtag #comingupclarke for any Instagram posts!

We understand that things happen! Please email our wedding planner, Sarah, as soon as you can with the changes at sarahdavis@beebalancedevents.com as soon as possible.
