Shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the hotels with room blocks—more information coming soon! If you’re staying elsewhere on the island and plan to drive, there’s plenty of parking at the venue, and cars may be left overnight as long as they are picked up by 11:00am on Sunday. Please note that ride shares like Uber and Lyft can be limited on the island, so we recommend scheduling them in advance if you plan to use one.

This hotel has rooms blocked for our guests at a discounted rate. Reserve a room by clicking the "View" button to visit their website and book online. When going to their website click on "Book Now", select the rate options button on the tool bar, and input our group code (GWWM26) where it says “promotional/group code” and click apply. The rooms available inside of the group block at the discounted rate will automatically come up. This hotel is around 5-10 minutes from our venue. Reservations must be made by April 20th, 2026 in order to receive a discount.

Holiday Inn (The Mainland)

This hotel has rooms blocked for our guests at a discounted rate. To make your reservation you must first input the dates you wish to stay and click the drop down menu that is labeled “rate preference”. Next, click group rate and input our group code (GWW) in the provided box and select search. You will be directed to the group block and availability in the block will appear. Choose the room type and continue with making your reservation. This hotel is just over the bridge (off the island) and is around 10 minutes from our venue. Reservations must be made by April 20th, 2026 in order to receive a discount.

Drifting Sands Oceanfront Hotel

Drifting Sands Hotel is an oceanfront hotel just 10-15 minutes away from our venue. Please use the special Group Rate discount link above to book your room online. To book, use the link below and select the room you would like. On the next screen you will see the "Group Rate". The group rate will be adjusted off from our fully flexible rates and will appear as (Group Rate). Please note that rates will fluctuate with occupancy. Booking sooner than later during high demand dates is suggested.
