What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5pm sharp. Please arrive 15 or more minutes before the ceremony to get settled!

Is there transportation?

There will be looping shuttles between the Embassy Suites and Hayfields from 4:30-10:30pm

Everyone who is invited will be included on your invitation and RSVP ❤️

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Hayfields. You are welcome to leave your car there over night as well!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be inside.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! Everyone is welcome, it will be at the Embassy Suites immediately following the reception. Join us for some night caps and late night snacks!
