The Residence Inn by Marriott in Avon

This hotel is about 20 minutes from the ceremony site and approximately 5-10 minutes from the reception venue. Please click on "view" below and use the following group codes to reserve a blocked room. The blocked rooms include studio style suites (group code cbwcbwa) as well as one bedroom suites (group code cbwcbwc). There are also two bedroom suites available through the regular hotel website. Rooms can also be reserved over the phone (860)678-1666 with code CBW. If you plan to reserve a room through the hotel block, please do so by April 20th. Breakfast is included with each night at the hotel and there is free parking available on site. A shuttle bus will be provided for guests between the hotel and the reception venue.

A shuttle will be provided between the hotel and the reception venue in the form of a yellow school bus. Shuttle times going to the reception: 5:40 p.m. and 5:55 p.m. Shuttle times returning to the hotel: 10:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
