Will there be guest parking?

Answer

There will be complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue. There is also a small parking lot for guests who prefer to drive.

When do guest need to be ready for the shuttle service (note: the shuttle service is only doing 1 pick-up and 2 drop-offs).

Answer

The shuttle service will pick up guests at 3pm MST at the hotel.

Do you have hotel room block link?

Answer

Yes, please refer to the accommodations page on our website to access the hotel room block. We recommend you stay at this hotel as it is the only pick up/drop off location for the provided transportation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire (short, midi, long dress) whichever will keep you warm best. Please be aware that the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outside, so we recommend bringing a jacket as the weather will be on the colder-side.

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

We have worked hard to create our wedding guest list that includes our closest family and friends. Unless we have specifically named a guest on your invitation, or included a plus one option, we will not be allowing additional guests.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, at this time we are only allowing the children in the wedding party to attend.

Question

Is this an indoors or outdoors event?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside with the cocktail hour rotating between a covered area outside as well as inside. The reception will be inside.
