Buses will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn to the venue on a rotating basis for both the welcome party and the ceremony/reception. If you aren't staying at the hotel block, note that Ubers and other ride services are scarcely available in the area. The bride and groom will provide a list of local drivers to work with over the course of the weekend—plan to coordinate those rides in advance.
The wedding will take place entirely outdoors so please dress for the weather. The dress code is cocktail attire—meaning slacks and light colored or linen suits are welcome, as are sundresses or cocktail dresses. The welcome party is more casual, think: brunch or dinner out with friends. Much of the weekend will take place in the grass, so plan your footwear accordingly.
We love your kids. But, to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate and relax fully, we've chosen to make our day an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding.
