FAQs

If you have any other questions not listed here, please reach out to the mother of the bride or mother of the groom for further assistance.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you know you can or cannot make our special day at this time, please RSVP in the appropriate section by March 1st!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, it will appear when you RSVP!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love our friends and family in semi-formal to celebrate with us! We are kindly asking for guests to wear colorful pieces, fun prints, or florals! Please no black shirts or white or wine red dresses as that is what the wedding party will be dressed in :) For women, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy skirts are appropriate! For men, button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie. Jacket/full suits are welcomed, but not necessary!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be staff from the venue helping to guide you along the road to the top of the hill where the venue is located! There is a parking lot right in front of the venue large enough to accommodate all our friends and family.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins - that way, everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do." The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm and we want to make sure no one misses a moment!

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoor! If weather permits, there is a beautiful ceremony space that we ask you go to first upon arrival to take your seat. Afterwards, the cocktail hour will be a mixture of indoors and outdoors with the reception taking place mostly indoors. If the April weather has other plans for us, there will be staff directing friends and family to head inside the venue's main building for the ceremony!

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion of our day. We have hired an amazing photographer that will ensure the moment is captured beautifully, and we'll happily share those photos with you later! Once the reception begins, we encourage our friends and family to take as many photos and videos your hearts desire!
