During this hour guest can enjoy Drinks and Hors d'Oeuvers. DRINKS: This will be an open bar during the entire wedding. It will include beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Hors d'Oeuvers: This will include mini crab cakes, brie and apple phyllo kisses, avocado corn bruchetta, tomato mozzorella caprese and ahi tuna wontons.

DINNER: Dinner will be a buffet. The buffet will include all of the following: 1. Panko Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Sherry Cream 2. Oven Roasted Salmon with Bearnaise Sauce 3.
