Will it be safe?

Answer

Yes. The case count in R.I. has been dropping rapidly over the past month, and we fully expect the virus to be more or less gone by August. St. Mary’s has been going above and beyond in terms of safety. The Church’s capacity is 1,100, so there will be A LOT of room between our guests. The ceilings are also incredibly high, and windows will be open to provide airflow. Belle Mer will also be taking all necessary precautions, including sanitization of entire venue and testing all staff periodically. The venue is on 4 acres, and the dining area has accordion doors which will be open, allowing for an ocean breeze. We are encouraging all guests to get tested, with one of the thousands of free tests available in R.I.
