Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Olana in Hickory Creek, Texas.

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available on-site at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, but Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and make for an easy trip to and from the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a hotel block for our guests. You can find the details and booking link in the Travel section of our website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Guests are encouraged to dress in formal attire, such as tuxedos or dark suits for men and evening gowns or elegant dresses for women.

When should I RSVP by?

Formal invitations will be sent closer to the wedding with instructions for RSVPing on our wedding website. We kindly ask that all responses be submitted by October 14, 2026.

If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome if they are included on the invitation. Invitations addressed to “The [Last Name] Family” mean the whole family is invited to celebrate with us. When you RSVP on our website, all guests included in your party will appear automatically.
