Our story began in the halls of our small-town school, where we crossed paths as kids and didn’t know then that we'd one day be embarking on this incredible journey together. We stayed in touch after graduation, and in time, our friendship blossomed into something more. After taking the leap into a relationship, we moved in together in 2020, and by 2023, we found ourselves packing up and moving out of state, ready to take on the world—side by side. Whether we’re exploring new cities or curling up at home with a game or movie, we’ve discovered that we love both the adventure of the outside world and the quiet moments we share just the two of us. Our first date is one we’ll never forget: he took me out for a nice dinner, only to realize halfway through that he had forgotten his wallet. Needless to say, I paid that night—but it was a moment that reminded us that, no matter what, we can always lean on each other and laugh through the little hiccups in life. We’ve learned so much about ourselves and each other along the way, and we’ve discovered that the best part of life isn’t just the big adventures, but knowing we have each other to rely on through it all.
