Hotel Check In

For those staying on the La Casa Resort property, early check in may be granted as availability allows but is not guaranteed. Official Resort Room Check in time is at 4pm.
Ceremony Arrivals
4:30 pm
Arrivals for the Ceremony should be no earlier than 4:30pm. Ceremony begins at 5:00pm sharp.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Our wedding is Boho Desert. For Dress, desert colors and light fabrics.
Ceremony will be on the La Casa Lawn. We will be outside for the Ceremony and reception so light and airy clothes are recommend.
Cocktail Hour and a half...
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
After the ceremony light snacks, Hors D'Oeuvres and Cocktails will be served.
Reception and Activities
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Guests will return to the La Casa grounds where the reception will be held in the gorgeous La Casa Courtyard.
After Party in The Frank Capra Ballroom

Outdoor Activities must be wrapped up by 10pm on the La Casa grounds. After our last dance, if you wish to keep the party going we'll be relocating to the Frank Capra ballroom for a late night snack and nightcap.
