Question

How will I get to/from the wedding?

Answer

There are no ubers/taxis in this small town, so please do not rely on ride share for the wedding. We will have shuttles to & from the wedding venue from set locations. Once RSVP's are completed, we will post the location & schedule! There are also city buses around Ketchum, Elkhorn and Warm Springs that can be explored to facilitate getting to the shuttle locations, however, these buses will not be running late in the evening after the reception is over. Bus website: https://mountainrides.org/ There is very limited parking available at the venue if you plan to drive, however, please drink responsibly & plan accordingly. Please remember, Sun Valley is a high-altitude town.

Question

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The welcome party on Friday evening will be indoor/outdoor at Cookbook restaurant. The wedding ceremony will be outside if weather cooperates. The ceremony will be in a paved pavilion tent, which will be indoor/outdoor. Sun Valley tends to cool down in the evenings, so a light jacket or shawl might be nice to have. The venue grounds are primarily grass, so wear your comfy heels! Block heels would be a great option, or flats.
