We ask that you arrive by 2pm so we can start the ceremony promptly by 2:20pm.
We will take care of all the park entrance fees for each guest. We can have a maximum of 8 cars for carpooling, and every car will carry a copy of our wedding permit, granting access to the park for our guests.
Our ceremony will be outdoors with seating available. There will be stone stairs leading to the ceremony location as well as dirt paved paths.
Yes! There is a parking lot right next to the ceremony location. We are limited on the amount of cars that are allowed in the park so carpooling will be necessary.
We would love our family to dress up with us and are requesting semi- formal attire! We recommend comfortable shoes as the terrain will be a combination of grass, stone and dirt.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones as we have very limited space and would like to keep the wedding with our close family. The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation.
Yes! We have booked a wonderful photographer who is familiar with Rocky Mountain National Park. We would love to get pictures with everyone a will have 6 hours of photography coverage. If you would like to look at her work, you can find her on instagram @abby.shepard.photography
Having you at our wedding is the most wonderful gift we could hope for! We understand that everyone is making sacrifices in terms of time and money to join us on our special day, and we are not requesting any gifts. However, if you feel moved to give us something, cash or Amazon gift cards would be truly appreciated.
The reception will be held at The Barrel (251 Moraine Ave. Estes Park, CO 80517) starting at 6pm.
Yes, we will be serving dinner and there will be an open bar.
Estes Park can get a bit expensive so if you are planning on staying for a few days we recommend looking in the Loveland/Boulder area. It is about an hour drive to Estes Park from Loveland.
No, we will not be having a rehearsal dinner.
Dylan would like to go golfing with any of the guys who are interested in going on Saturday June 13th. We will also be going white water rafting in Glenwood Springs on Sunday June 14th. Please message Brooke if you are interested in either of the activities!
