WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:15pm but no later than 3:45. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Devin and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
Devin and I have made sure to explicitly state on each invitation if a plus one has been accommodated for. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be limited to guests ages 14 and older. We hope you’ll take the opportunity to relax, let your hair down, and enjoy the celebration with us.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
We encourage our guests to dress their best! We kindly ask you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as tshirts, tank tops, or flip-flops. Please avoid wearing sage green or black as these colors are reserved for our beautiful bridal party! Our bridesmaid will be in a floor length dress and our groomsman will be in suits for reference!

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
Answer
We recommend choosing a hotel in the city of Newberg, OR. Our wedding is shortly after the 4th of July weekend so hotel rooms could be limited. We highly encourage you to book early to secure your stay!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
Answer
Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers and videographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal devices put away during the ceremony. This will allow everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment without distractions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create lasting memories!

IS THERE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
Our bartenders will be serving wine coolers and sodas until they're gone! Lemonade and water will be available for self serve during the entire reception.

WHERE SHOULD I SIT?
Answer
The first two rows of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and will have a seating chart up on the day to direct you to your seat!

WHAT TIME DOES THE RECEPTION END?
Answer
We will be making our exit at 9:50pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at 10pm.

IS THERE A GIFT REGISTRY?
Answer
Your love, laughter, and presence on our wedding day is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to bless us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated!
