We want all our friends and family to be as comfortable as possible and still look the part in semi-casual clothing. For women, options include a sundress, midi, or maxi dress. For men, there's slacks and a dress shirt. No jeans, no sneakers, and please don't wear white. We look forward to seeing everyone all dressed up!
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Brooke or Dean as soon as possible.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide the total guest count to our venue by a certain date. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope you understand!
As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (with the exception of kids in the families). Invitations will be specific and will include names of children who are invited. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so that you can celebrate with us!
Beer and wine are on us, the hangover it on you!! Mixed drinks will be available for you to purchase. Please do not bring any outside alcohol to the venue!
For those of you traveling to our venue, please be aware that Uber and Lyft often don't run in that area. If you're able to use a rideshare to get to the venue, there's no guarantee that one will pick you up to take you back to your hotel. We encourage you to use the transportation options we will be providing. Provided Shuttle Service - A shuttle service will be provided to/from the Hilton Garden Inn (245 N College Ave, Bloomington). Please keep in mind that this shuttle only holds a maximum of 30 people. The trip to/from the Hilton Garden Inn and The Wilds is about 20 minutes each way. To the ceremony: A shuttle will arrive at the Hilton Garden in at 2:30pm and will leave at 2:45pm. *Please note that you can drive to the ceremony and use the provided transportation to get back to the hotel when the reception is over. Your car must be out of The Wilds parking lot by 11am on Sunday morning. After the reception: Due to the capacity of the shuttle, it will be taking 3 trips back to the Hilton Garden Inn. It will be leaving The Wilds at: 9:15pm 10:00pm 10:45pm *Please do not plan to wait until the last shuttle arrives as it will likely be full with the wedding party and family that has helped make our day special!
