How did Brooke & Davis meet?

Answer

Starting in 2021, Brooke lived in a house while at BYU called the "Peach Palace" with some friends that went to high school with Davis. Davis & Brooke were drawn to each other from the start. They went on fun friend trips together, shared a love of good movies, and could always talk about anything. Before they even started dating, they were friends for a solid 4 years.

How did Brooke & Davis start dating?

Answer

They went on a trip to Washington DC with friends in the Spring of 2024. After that trip, Brooke realized she had feelings for Davis. Never one to be nonchalant, she let him know. Davis didn't immediately reciprocate and they didn't talk for a couple months. As time passed, they started to hang out again with groups of friends. Eventually, Davis realized he had feelings for Brooke as well & he asked her out on a date. They began dating two weeks after the first date and the rest is history!

How did Davis propose to Brooke?

Answer

They were with Brooke's family over Christmas time in Costa Rica on vacation. They had gone ring shopping beforehand but the ring was not ready in time to propose on the trip. Davis made a last ditch effort with the jeweler to see if he could get the ring before they flew out to Costa Rica. It worked! He picked up the ring the day before they left. Brooke had no idea Davis had the ring in Costa Rica. On Christmas day, they went on a sunset walk on the beach and Davis surprised Brooke by bending down, popping the question, and pulling out the ring! Brooke was so shocked and they were both so happy to finally be engaged!
