Is there parking available at the Wedding Venue?

Answer

Yes! There is free on-site parking at the venue.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors in the garden. Cocktail hour and the reception will mainly be indoors with the option to be outdoors should you wish. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Marriott Chicago Naperville. Please book your stay by July 10th, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code RAWRAWA or mention the Rupert & Adams wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel for the wedding?

Answer

We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as [Your Name] + [Guest] if a plus one has been given to you.
